This recently refurbished ‘landmark’ red bricked building has offices situated over 3 floors which all benefit from plenty of natural light, are modern, well-maintained with lift/stair access to all floors. Unfurnished office space giving you the opportunity to create your own bespoke working environment. There is a communal kitchen and toilets on each floor which are cleaned twice weekly. The licence fee includes cleaning and all utilities with the exception of phone lines and broadband allowing clients to bespoke these to their individual requirements, although lines are fully installed. There is off-site parking approx 300m away in a privately-owned garage block to rent, subject to separate negotiation and availability. Limited on-street parking may also be available. Pay and Display car parks are also nearby in George Street and on the Parkway.
